So yesterday I went to visit a friend and we started talking about my new lifestyle working out. I told her that today I would go out and run at 5:30 am for about an hour and she said “Pfff you CANT do that and you WONT do it”

Guess what? Today I was up and running at 5:30 am. That negative comment made me even more enthusiastic about going.
